For 30 years, Patriot Contracting Inc. has been helping homeowners and businesses improve their property. From siding installation to advanced exterior remodeling projects, including roofing, gutters, windows, doors, porches, and decks, we do it all.
Who is Patriot Contracting?
Our team of skilled contractors, project managers, and sales team all work together with you in mind. Patriot is owned by Fabiana Sardinha, who manages day-to-day operations alongside partner Paulo Filho, with sales directed by Jim Ward.
We’re proud to be an Elite Preferred contractor as part of the James Hardie® Contractor Alliance. We’re big fans of their fiber cement siding, and after working with us and seeing the results, you will be too!

Fabiana Sardinha
President & Owner
Wife and mother, Master’s in Law from Suffolk University in 2019. In early 2018, Fabiana Sardinha assumed the presidency at Patriot Contracting. With over ten years of experience in administration, she works tirelessly at Patriot, planning and executing new ideas and initiatives that keep us competitive in our field.
Outside the office, Fabiana and her husband Paulo Filho, love spending time with their three-year-old daughter.
